Callum Robertson

Callum is a Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate, crime and justice policy advisor and civil liberties campaigner.
A former dictator of a University Law Clinic, he has authored a report into access to justice from that perspective which was submitted as evidence to a government legal aid review.
He currently sits on a federal policy group for the Liberal Democrats where he provides a viewpoint on crime and policing from a child and education law perspective. He also sits on the East of England Regional Policy Committee and is the Chair of Liberal Democrats for Penal Reform.
At the Southport conference in 2018, he moved the anti progressive alliance motion. This sought to promote liberalism over anti-Toryism.
Outside of his policy work, Callum is an active Liberal Democrat based in North Essex where he is the Membership Development Officer for Colchester Liberal Democrats.
